**This role sits at the intersection of security, developer experience, finance, compliance, and partner enablement. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the end-to-end security and operational programs that power the monday.com marketplace ensuring third-party apps meet our security standards while enabling partners to innovate confidently.

Additionally, you will oversee ongoing operations initiatives that support app governance, compliance processes, and payment workflows.

You will work closely with PMs, security teams, engineering, legal, finance, developer relations, and partner managers.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For

**Security & Compliance Leadership

• Lead and manage the end-to-end marketplace app security review process (pre-launch, version updates, and annual recertification).
• Drive marketplace-wide security programs, including automated scanning, new security requirements, and recurring certification cycles.
• Build, publish, and maintain clear marketplace security policies and developer guidelines, in collaboration with internal security teams and external experts.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure third-party apps meet monday.com’s quality, compliance, and security standards.

Partner Security Enablement

• Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding security requirements, readiness, and best practices.
• Enable partners with clear onboarding, documentation, guidance, and tools to support secure app development.
• Run partner-focused security education initiatives (webinars, checklists, office hours, enablement sessions).
• Support partners and developers throughout the review process, helping them meet requirements efficiently and effectively.

Marketplace Operations & Financial Processes

• Partner with XFN teams to manage and streamline marketplace payment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely processing for developers and partners.
• Own end-to-end business operations projects from scoping to execution and rollout across security, compliance, finance, and platform governance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives based on data insights and marketplace strategy.
• Support ongoing business needs with operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a high-tech or SaaS company, in project management, security program management, operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience leading or contributing to security programs, such as app security reviews, compliance initiatives, vendor security, or secure development processes.
• Proven success driving large-scale, cross-functional projects involving technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail—comfortable working with large volumes of transactions and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience in finance operations, including managing payments to external vendors, handling invoices, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
• Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex requirements into clear guidance.
