Job Title: Project Manager – FPSO Produced Water Treatment

Location: Haifa – FPSO Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an FPSO Produced Water Treatment Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex oil & gas projects, particularly in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the FPSO Produced Water Treatment Project.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, HSE, procurement) and external contractors/vendors.
• Oversee risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and ensure robust project controls.
• Manage project interfaces, including permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations handover.
• Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes, quality standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
• Support and, where required, lead additional FPSO and offshore projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in project management within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Demonstrated experience delivering brownfield projects, preferably on FPSO or offshore facilities.
• Experience with produced water treatment systems is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
• Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
