Role Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who blends marketing, data, and lightweight engineering to build AI-driven workflows, personalization engines, and go-to-market automation.

What You’ll Do

• Build automation workflows across Clay, HubSpot, enrichment tools, and AI agents.
• Develop personalized outbound and lifecycle systems using AI and enrichment.
• Create infrastructure for scoring, routing, segmentation, and multichannel orchestration.
• Integrate GTM tooling with product and usage data.
• Build dashboards and operational safeguards.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product on experiments and scaling.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in marketing operations, GTM ops, growth engineering, or similar.
• Comfort with APIs, scripting, and automation tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Clay or similar enrichment platforms.
• Understanding of CRM + MAP data flows.
• Builder mentality and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves

• AI content automation experience.
• HubSpot/Salesforce/Apollo/Outreach experience.
• SQL familiarity.
• Cybersecurity or infra SaaS experience.
