As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-based decision-making and shaping product direction across the organization. You will oversee complex analytical initiatives, guide the development of KPIs and performance frameworks, and partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to influence strategic priorities.

What you'll need to be a successful Product Data Analyst at nSure.ai:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a product / data analyst - a must.
• Detail oriented.
• Loves working with numbers.
• SQL & Python experience - a must
• Project management experience - advantage
• Passionate about understanding how the business works, curious and eager to stay on top of changes in a fast paced business environment.
• Proactive, independent and communicative.
• Fast learner, natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time.
• Strategic problem solver

You will lead and conduct end-to-end analytical workflows, from requirement definition, data collection, and preprocessing to insights generation and executive-level presentations. You will also spearhead the development of scalable tools, processes, and methodologies that enhance model performance and data accuracy across the company. By uncovering actionable insights and identifying opportunities for optimization, you will directly influence business growth and help scale the organization’s most impactful initiatives.
