The Role

• Lead DevOps team in architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

automation, and cloud operations

• Oversee AWS infrastructure including multiple EKS clusters, ensuring high

availability and reliability and updated versions

• Drive platform modernization initiatives (i.e. Jenkins to GitHub Actions, Bitbucket to

GitHub migration, GitOps implementation, etc.)

• Implement security best practices across platform using Backslash, Snyk, AWS

GuardDuty, WAF, and Security Hub

• Manage observability infrastructure (Coralogix, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident

response (PagerDuty)

• Lead customer technical support function ensuring timely issue resolution

• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining business alignment (FinOps)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years leading DevOps teams with Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker in

production

• 3+ years architecting CI/CD infrastructure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) with platform

migration experience

• Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, eksctl) and GitOps

principles

• Strong AWS expertise: EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ALB/NLB, Secrets

Manager, IAM, Serverless, CDN, storage, and networking

• Proficient in Bash, Python, and Java with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests

• Experience with Git (Bitbucket/GitHub), JFrog Artifactory, and AWS ECR

• Proven track record managing and mentoring technical teams in fast-paced

environments
