🌟 We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

📍 Herzliya area (Hybrid) | 💼 Full-time | 💰 Salary: 20K

A fast-growing, international summer-camp company is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts across Israel, Europe, and the US.

If you're coming from an advertising agency or digital studio (2–3 years’ experience) and looking for a place where you can lead the entire marketing domain end-to-end, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

✨ Lead the company’s marketing strategy—creative, content, and execution

✨ Build and manage all digital activities: website, social media, TikTok, newsletters & SMS

✨ Write copy, develop creative concepts, and create briefs for designers and partners

✨ Manage and optimize content for digital campaigns (we work with a media agency—but you must understand performance)

✨ Create new audiences and develop international collaborations

✨ Analyze marketing data, understand performance, and improve ROI

✨ Work with teams in Israel, Europe, and the US (occasional flexible hours)

✨ Be part of a colorful, energetic, youth-oriented brand

Who You Are

✔ Creative, positive, and energetic

✔ Strong copywriter with hands-on experience in content & social media

✔ 2–3 years in advertising, digital marketing, or social agencies

✔ Someone who loves building things from scratch — low budgets, high creativity

✔ Independent, responsible, and excited about leading marketing solo

✔ Excellent English (a must)

✔ Connected to youth culture, families, and experiential brands
