Company and Role Description

MyOr is seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial Marketing Operations Specialist to spearhead and manage all growth initiatives across our rapidly expanding network of US-based Registered Dietitian (RDN) clinics.

This critical role is responsible for driving sustainable and scalable revenue growth by initiating, executing, and strengthening our organic marketing projects and professional referral networks within the United States. The Marketing Operations Specialist will report directly to the Executive Team, working closely with Clinic Managers, the Tech Team, and the Design Team to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing and expansion strategies.

This position is central to MyOr’s expansion, ensuring U.S.-based clinics consistently meet growth benchmarks driven by increased qualified leads and provider referrals. A crucial requirement for this role is the ability to synthesize data from various sources and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on market signals and optimize performance.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Operations Specialist based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The position requires twice-weekly on-site presence, with the remaining workdays performed from home. The Marketing Operations Specialist will focus on managing marketing operations processes, analyzing marketing data, and optimizing marketing automation systems. Responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, creating reports, and ensuring marketing campaigns are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation tools
• Strong Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and drive insights
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the healthcare or technology industry is an advantage
