We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Research Department — someone who loves diving deep into data, solving complex problems, and shaping insights that truly influence business decisions.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the research team to connect insights and see the bigger picture
• Learn and understand the company’s data-gathering systems and processes
• Analyze business challenges and deliver actionable, high-value insights
• Build advanced logic flows to detect key events and identify meaningful patterns
• Perform recurring and ad-hoc analyses for various business stakeholders
• Research and implement new tools/methods to enrich and enhance datasets

🧠 Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server)
• Hands-on programming experience with Python or R
• Solid background in statistics
• Genuine passion for sports (football, basketball, etc.)

• Interest in FinTech, algorithmic trading, or related fields
