Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ness Ziona, Israel, for a Laboratory Operations Manager. The role involves Rebuilding the lab and managing day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The Laboratory Operations Manager will also oversee quality control processes, manage resources effectively, and streamline operations to achieve efficiency and high performance in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• worked with GC-MS before.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Safety procedures and protocols
• Strong Laboratory Skills and experience with Laboratory Equipment
• Knowledge in implementing and maintaining Quality Control processes
• Experience in Operations Management and resource optimization
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, or similar
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to laboratory environments
