Systems Lead | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Systems Lead to join the Engineering & Systems Division at IAI’s ELTA.

The position includes:

• Involvement in projects from the price proposal stage
• Building and continuously updating work plans in MSP
• Managing projects that require adaptation
• Monitoring assembly processes
• Managing procurement and production plans and tracking subcontractors
• Supporting the project through all its stages until delivery

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• 2 years of experience in various operations roles, including production planning (TAPI) or industrial engineering processes (TNI) – required
• Strong Excel skills – required
• Experience working with SAP – an advantage
