The position is based in Central Israel and involves working on complex national projects in a multidisciplinary, mission-critical environment with direct influence on advanced defense capabilities.

What you will do:

• Define, develop, and manage system requirements for avionics systems

• Lead system integrations and hands-on system-level testing

• Write design documents, requirements, ICDs, and integration documentation

• Work closely with engineering teams and participate in key technical design reviews

What you need to succeed:

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer in a multidisciplinary or avionics-related project

• Experience in system integration or design verification

• Advantage: M.Sc., HW/SW development experience, background in airborne systems

• Security clearance – advantage (not mandatory; process can be initiated)
