KPMG Israel is looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Cyber Security Manager to join the KPMG Cyber security department in the Israeli firm and lead all aspects of AI security with it's clients in Israel and Globally.

This role focuses on designing and implementing secure AI environments, guiding clients through AI security strategies, and driving innovation in AI security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of our Great and growing security team to consult, design, develop, implement, and support our customer’s secure AI environments
• Lead AI security practice to identify and mitigate security risks associated with the AI and Machine Learning
• Lead MCP and Agentic AI architecture and deployments
• Identify threats and risks related to AI & ML in the different LLM's including data poisoning, model evasion, extraction, and integrity
• Design and implement secure AI architectures with clients
• Requirements discovery, architecture, design, and implementation of technical controls in the AI security realm
• Develop AI security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
• Support pre-sales activities and lead technical discussions with clients
• Stay up to date with evolving AI threats, technologies, and best practices
• Promote a security-first mindset in the AI transformation realm
• Act as the AI leader, Educate and collaborate with client’s technical and management teams (CIOs, CTOs, Architects, DevOps, Security team, etc.)
• Collaborate with KPMG member firms teams globally, and different teams including data scientists, developers, DevOps and cyber

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1-2 years in AI security - Must
• Technical background and hands-on experience with at least 1 public cloud provider: Azure, AWS, GCP – Must
• Good knowledge of different AI threats and security controls
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot AI services, LLM's, VMs, storage, networking, containers, orchestration, Kubernetes, and security
• Strong knowledge of AI security architecture, IAM, network security, encryption, and data protection
• Knowledge with AI compliance, ISO 42001, governance, and risk management
• Experience with security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CSA)
• Client facing, manages client interactions, expectations, deliverables
