Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to develop machine learning and AI-driven solutions, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production use
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment)
• Implement and fine-tune models such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or LLM-based solutions
• Integrate AI models into web or mobile applications via APIs
• Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and transform data
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless AI integration
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and best practices
• Document model design, workflows, and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience deploying models using REST APIs or microservices

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, RAG pipelines)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases)
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles
• Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
