For a tourism organization in northern Israel, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead group and corporate sales, acquire new clients, and expand the company’s activity in the business and organizational market.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a group sales team.
- Building strategic relationships with companies, institutions, and corporations.
- Developing sales processes, training agents, and implementing procedures.
- Creating value propositions and customized pricing for groups.
- Ongoing reporting and monitoring of sales targets and activity.
Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or sales team management.
- Very high level of English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours according to company needs.
- Experience working with travel agents and organizations – an advantage.
