We are seeking a Head of Priority Development Department to join our leadership team and assume responsibility for our development activities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Priority development teams.

- Assign and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.

- Perform code reviews and ensure high development standards.

- Work closely with senior management, department managers, and customers.

- Define methodologies, workflows, and best practices for the development department.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of hands-on Priority development experience.

- Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries and stored procedures).

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong process understanding with attention to detail.

- Ability to organize and be organized.

- Advantage: Experience in Priority implementation.
