**What Are We Looking For?

**We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You'll play a pivotal role in leading one of our AI Product teams. You will drive the development and evolution of our conversational AI technology while managing a team focused on building new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of our voice solution.

Responsibilities:

• A technical leader of a development team, with the ability to be involved in day-to-day development activities (code reviews, architecture review, bug fixes if needed)
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and prioritize product features, driving product success
• Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Support and enhance existing use cases while building new features to improve our client-facing dashboard
• Build complex products and implement architecture solutions for a high-quality user experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions.
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python and Javascript (Node.JS) (advantage)
• Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services
• Experience using Databases (MySQL / Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB) (advantage)
• Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with emphasis on scalability, high availability, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization
• Experience building virtual assistants or SaaS products - advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English
