Role Overview
We’re seeking an exceptional Creative Specialist to lead and shape content strategies across multiple brands. This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution, enabling you to deliver innovative campaigns that drive engagement and results. You will bring creative magic into influencer marketing campaigns, aligning brand goals with creators’ voice and style.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and lead annual and quarterly content strategies for each brand.
Campaign Execution: Manage ongoing work with agencies (Humanz, MediaCom, etc.) to launch and optimize campaigns.
Creative Production: Participate in content creation, including AI-assisted tools, original writing, and production of creative assets—stills, videos, Reels, Stories, and full campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, generate reports, extract insights, and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
Trend Identification: Monitor digital trends and rapidly implement them across brand campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with brand managers to ensure messaging consistency and visual alignment across all platforms, maintaining the brand’s tone and identity.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in social media management; experience on the client side or with large brands is a plus.
Deep understanding of content creation and social media platforms.
Strong creative skills, excellent writing ability, and storytelling capabilities.
Data analysis skills and familiarity with performance metrics (KPIs).
Project management skills, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
High proficiency in English.
Preferred / Plus Points
Experience with photography or video editing.
Experience working with influencers and content creators.
Knowledge of beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
