On behalf of one of our clients, a global B2B SaaS company, we are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven sales executive with deep expertise in the EMEA and APAC regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across key global markets.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading and scaling a sales organization in a fast-growing startup environment, successfully growing ARR from single-digit millions to tens of millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s global sales strategy.
• Develop and implement business plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and partners.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, international sales organization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies.
• Own sales performance management, including pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VP of Sales in a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success scaling a startup sales organization to tens of millions in ARR.
• Strong strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Hands-on, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
