Detelix is a fast-growing cyber fintech company helping global enterprises detect fraud, prevent payment errors, and protect millions through intelligent, data-driven financial controls embedded in complex ERP environments.

As we scale, we are looking for a rare professional to join our core team and play a key role in uncovering financial anomalies that others miss.

The Role

This is a hands-on, investigative role at the intersection of accounting, data science, fraud detection, and machine learning.

It is not a classic accounting role and not a pure data science position.

The focus is on real-world financial data, payment processes, and identifying risks, errors, and intentional fraud inside large organizations.

Requirements (Must-Have)

■ Background in accounting, financial analysis, internal audit, investigations, or related fields

■ Deep understanding of payment processes and ERP systems (SAP – strong advantage)

■ Advanced MSSQL – mandatory (high level)

■ Strong Python for data analysis and machine learning

■ Hands-on experience working with large financial datasets

■ Strong analytical and investigative mindset with high attention to detail

Advantages

■ Experience in fraud detection, financial investigations, or risk management

■ Experience with machine learning models for anomaly detection

■ Familiarity with pandas, numpy, scikit-learn (or similar)

■ Experience working directly with CFOs, controllers, or finance teams

Responsibilities

■ Analyze large-scale financial and payment data to identify anomalies and suspicious patterns

■ Investigate vendor payments, master data changes, and financial flows

■ Design and validate intelligent financial controls and detection logic

■ Build data-driven detection models using SQL, Python, and ML techniques

■ Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights
