DevOps Lead – Position via GSR

GSR is looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to join a leading security-focused organization located in central Israel.

The employment is through GSR, with on-site work at the client’s premises in a highly advanced and sensitive environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux
• Strong experience with AWS
• Proficiency in Git, Bash, and Python
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Proven collaboration with developers and architects
• Ability to lead processes, work effectively in teams, and operate in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with digital certificates and secrets management
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, and cloud security
• Exposure to on-premises infrastructure

Role Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of DevOps processes and infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain cloud and CI/CD platforms
