Responsibilities:

Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.

Identify and execute growth opportunities, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts.

Oversee campaign performance across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Drive revenue growth: Use modern outbound techniques to identify and execute on cross-sell, upsell, and upgrade opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to deliver data-driven marketing strategies.

Prepare and present performance reviews, growth roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.

Could occasionally include participation in international conferences or client meetings abroad, depending on company needs.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strategic insights with hands-on performance expertise.

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles.

Proven track record of managing high-value global accounts and delivering measurable

results.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics/attribution tools (Google

Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both

clients and internal teams.

Native-level English proficiency (written & spoken)
