BSC Distributors, Ltd., a leading importer and distributor of food ingredients, is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and a strong interest in food ingredients — especially candidates with a background in food technology who are looking to move into a sales-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal sales activities for food ingredient customers
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers and follow up on opportunities
• Support the external sales team with pricing, samples, and documentation
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
• Assist with sales reporting and customer account management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service – required
• Experience in food ingredients, raw materials, or B2B distribution – a strong advantage
• Degree or hands-on experience in Food Technology – a major plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent Hebrew and good English
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage (Priority ERP preferred)
