Job Description

Seeking a Highly experienced system engineer to join a talented development team in a fast-expanding company. Use a successfully proven line of deployed products as a basis to design new products and augment new technologies for Electronic Warfare products.

Combine knowledge of innovative algorithmic real-time RF signals. You will mitigate design risks, break down your high-level requirements to manageable tasks and assess development hurdles. You will architect a multidisciplinary system, integrating antennas, phy, algorithms, rfsoc, and C4I system - System of Systems. Work together existing customers and potential overseas prospects to assess market needs.

Writing and validating the operational concept, defining system architecture, its components and the interfaces between them. Defining system component requirements, defining the tests required to examine and validate compliance with requirements, defining processes and algorithms, proving performance through development and use of simulations, defining and conducting experiments, analyzing simulation and experiment results. Close collaboration with development teams in a dynamic advanced technological environment and planning and executing cross-system integration.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Engineering

• Experience in writing requirements documents, specifications, and test documents for system of systems. Defining requirements for validation processes.

• Experience in leading and conducting experiments for design proof, while working with customers at all stages of characterization and requirements’ definition.

• Experience with radio-based systems (e.g. radar), antennas, beamforming, direction finding, RFSoc, hw/sw/algorithms, gnss, communication protocols.
