job description - • analyze operational and market data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across the portfolio. • investigate root causes of deviations in production, availability, and revenue, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. • own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and automated data pipelines across ems, scada, and external data sources. • support and optimize ems decision-making workflows to improve site efficiency, stability, and energy output. • execute and monitor intraday ems optimization strategies to maximize energy revenues. • collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to turn analytics into measurable performance improvements.

requirements - • bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field. • 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst or bi analyst. • strong python and sql skills (sql server preferred). • experience with bi tools such as power bi or tableau. • familiarity with apis, automation, and data pipelines. • strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership. • excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
