Quality Manager | Yehud | IAI – Missiles & Space Division

The position includes:

• Failure investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation of quality reports

• Managing MRB committees

• Working in an advanced engineering environment with cutting-edge production lines

• Close collaboration with R&D teams and leading industries

• Working with international customers

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electro-Optics / Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace / Materials / Chemistry – mandatory

• Experience in production lines or industrial maintenance – significant advantage

• Background in quality assurance – advantage

• Experience working with ERP systems – advantage

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory

• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment

• Ability to work under pressure, high professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and assertiveness
