Join Automat-it, an AWS Premier Partner, to help high-growth startups scale using DevOps, FinOps, and GenAI. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop our presence in the Israeli territory. This is an opportunity to build long-term value by connecting complex technical solutions with companies that are building the future of technology.

Your Impact

• Territory Strategy: Develop and execute plans to grow our presence among digital-native startups and ISVs.
• Consultative Sales: Guide R&D leaders and C-levels through complex decisions regarding Professional Services (DevOps projects and consulting).
• Partnership Building: Collaborate closely with AWS representatives to co-sell and align on strategic opportunities.
• Full Cycle Ownership: Manage the business process from initial discovery through proposal and contract to ensure a smooth delivery handover.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in direct IT sales, with a focus on cloud environments or software solutions.
• Experience selling IT Professional Services (consulting, project-based DevOps) or technical SaaS tools to technical teams.
• Ability to articulate the value of cloud and DevOps services to technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem or partner network is a significant plus.
• A strong network within the Israeli startup and ISV ecosystem.
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
