**What will your job look like?

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and product managers to define objectives and datarequirements.
• Source, integrate, and evaluate data from various sources for AI/GenAI model development and evaluation.
• Prepare data for modeling, including cleaning, feature engineering, and specialized needs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Support model evaluation and develop reports and metrics for tracking.
• Utilize GenAI tools to enhance analytical workflows and generate synthetic data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and contribute to ethical AI practices.
• Monitor model performance and participate in continuous improvement.

**All you need is...

**Must

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field..
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Advantage

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps/AIOps principles and tools.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of data analysis work.
