The Israel Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority (IMPA) is Israel’s Financial Intelligence Unit, established in 2002 under the Prohibition of Money Laundering Law. The authority plays a central role in safeguarding the financial system by detecting, analyzing, and combating money laundering and terror financing activities. IMPA collaborates with domestic entities and international organizations, including the FATF, MONEYVAL, and the Egmont Group, to set standards, share intelligence, and foster global cooperation. Operating as an independent intelligence body, IMPA provides expertise, intelligence analysis, and outreach in the fight against financial crime.

Role Description

This is a part-time (96 monthly hours), on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Student in the HR, Organization, and Administration team. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting with human resource processes, organizing professional training activities, managing documentation, and performing tasks related to organizational development. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration within the team to support the authority's operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is advantageous
• Active student with at least 3 semesters left until graduation
