The Dream Job:

Dream is building a high- performance AI inference and training optimization platform that helps Nations push their infrastructure to the limit to train, serve, and scale the models of the future with maximum efficiency and control.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge deep technical understanding with commercial instinct. You will also serve as the outbound face of the product, meeting potential prospects, surfacing customer painpoints and being the tech person on the ground to elaborate and deep dive on the product itself. You will work closely with engineering, AI research, and go-to-market teams to turn complex technical innovation into scalable, customer-ready products all the way to infrastructure ROI discussions with customers.

This role sits at the intersection of AI systems, distributed infrastructure, and applied performance economics, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product suite.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Dream’s inference, optimization, and training orchestration layers.
• Partner with engineering to design systems that maximize throughput, utilization, and inference speed while minimizing cost.
• Translate market and customer needs into clear, data-driven product priorities.
• Work with governmental customers to understand deployment constraints, workloads, and scaling challenges, and turn those into opportunities for differentiation.
• Serve as the technical face of the product in the field, joining prospect and customer meetings to run deep dives, demos, and whiteboard sessions that translate the product into concrete deployment and ROI narratives.
• Systematically surface customer painpoints, objections, and usage patterns from the field and feed them back into a sharp, prioritized roadmap.
• Balance technical depth with business impact, shaping the evolution of AION into a platform that powers real-world AI at scale.
• Measure success not by feature count, but by measurable gains in efficiency, latency, and cost performance ratio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, AI research, and partnerships to define go-to-market strategy and positioning, and to design high-signal pilots and evaluations.

The Dream Skill Set:

• Curiosity, precision, and the courage to challenge assumptions, including your own.
• High agency with a broad ownership mindset.
• 5+ years in product management, ideally in AI or ML infrastructure, model deployment, or performance optimization products.
• Strong grasp of the AI and ML stack, from model training and serving frameworks to hardware.
• Experience in MLOps is an advantage.
• Ability to dissect performance trade-offs and communicate them in business terms.
• Proven experience working with engineering-heavy, R&D-driven teams.
• Experience being customer facing in technical contexts, comfortable in rooms with infra leads and C level stakeholders, including live demos and deep technical discussions.
• A track record of partnering closely with sales, solutions, or field engineering teams to win complex deals or land strategic deployments.
• Commercial awareness, able to frame technical breakthroughs as business advantages for enterprise and governmental users.
