Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of reliable, high‑quality solutions that align with business needs.
• Guide teams through complex technical decisions and high‑risk challenges.
• Evaluate new technologies and aid in integrating said technologies across the organization.
• Review architecture and project designs, offering clear, actionable improvement suggestions.
• Mentor engineers and encourage creative, thoughtful problem‑solving.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and leadership to deliver impactful features.
• Drive the development of scalable, efficient systems and improve overall performance.
• Tackle complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and data workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and champion continuous refinement of the engineering stack
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Strong skills in Python, Java, Golang, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of software design, development methods, and system integration.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud security, including IAM, firewalls, VPNs, and networking.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, distributed systems.
• Proven ability to shape technical roadmaps and influence stakeholders.
