**The Product & Data Analytics team focuses on empowering data-driven decisions across Cyera’s product lifecycle. Our insights shape product strategy, guide technical investment, and enhance customer experiences. The team partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to surface impactful metrics and tell compelling stories through data.

**We’re looking for a skilled and insights-driven Data Analyst to join our team and grow with Cyera. In this role, you’ll lead multiple data initiatives that directly impact how our products evolve and how we serve our customers. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, define metrics, and guide strategic decisions using clean, trustworthy data.

Your contributions will drive meaningful change across the organization—from supporting key analytics efforts to owning dashboards and KPIs that reflect Cyera’s product performance and operational health.

What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation by analyzing product and operational data.
• Own and manage key data projects, both ongoing and ad-hoc, that support the company’s strategic direction.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports to ensure decision-makers have access to accurate, actionable insights.
• Act as the go-to person for all things data—helping teams across the company extract value from our data assets.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to shape data-informed strategies and features.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and transparency across our reporting infrastructure.

Requirements:

**Who You Are

**Must-Haves

• You have 4+ years of experience as a product or data analyst.
• You bring deep experience in using analytics to drive product and business outcomes.
• You demonstrate strong SQL skills and are confident working with large, complex datasets.
• You have experience working alongside engineering teams or analyzing production-level data.
• You hold a degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics) or bring equivalent professional experience.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing autonomy with teamwork.
• You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to driving measurable impact.
• You’re familiar with product analytics tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel).
