Distribution Manager – Leading Logistics Company (Central Israel)

A leading logistics company in the Central region is looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and manage distribution routes from supplier to customer

✔ Develop and implement work processes to improve efficiency

✔ Recruit and lead the distribution team (drivers, coordinators, etc.)

✔ Manage budgets and controls, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in logistics and distribution management within a mid-sized or large organization – mandatory

✅ Experience managing large teams and team leaders – mandatory

✅ Relevant academic degree – mandatory

✅ Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and ability to meet targets
