About the job

Our team is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, strategizing and executing global influencer campaigns. The perfect candidate would ideally have exceptional project management and communication skills, and be up to date with all the impactful social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead clear communication and maintain strong relationships with remote influencer agencies in English.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: develop creative briefs, evaluate talents and creatives, draft performance reports, and apply key learnings.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners and content creators.
• Stay up to date on relevant industry competitors and target-audience content trends.
• Oversee brand creative materials to ensure language consistency and alignment across activities and markets.
• Track and implement new marketing trends to support ongoing brand activity.
• Take a hands-on role in all operational aspects of influencer marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion into untapped markets.
• Manage brand collaborations that strengthen brand positioning in diverse regions.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, ideally with exposure to both.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing roles within the gaming industry.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong research capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of influencer ecosystems across major platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).
• Native-level English proficiency, with experience working in an English-speaking environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple stakeholders (affiliates, influencers, agencies).
• Fast learner and quick thinker.
