**Role Description
**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at ReachPlayers. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting outreach to potential partners, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business opportunities. The SDR will contribute to the growth and expansion of the company's brand integration efforts in gaming. While the role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, some flexibility to work from home is available.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and cultivate new opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and convey value propositions effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising, particularly within the gaming industry, is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
