DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleKey Responsibilities

• Lead the company's technology domain end-to-end, serving as the technical authority across vendors, internal sales teams, and partners

• Act as a trusted advisor for partners on behalf of Exclusive Networks, providing strategic and technical guidance

• Lead and execute partner enablement activities, including technical training and ongoing support

• Own pre-sales activities, managing the end-to-end technical sales process, including:

• Solution characterization and architecture design

• Preparation and submission of technical proposals and quotes

• Establishment and management of demo environments and laboratories

• Planning and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) projects

• Technical responses to tenders, RFPs, and RFIs

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support go-to-market and sales strategies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales or Technical Sales roles
• Proven experience conducting technical and commercial engagements with System Integrators (SIs) and MSSPs
• Strong background in Cybersecurity and Networking, with broad technological understanding and hands-on experience
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills
• Strong self-learning capability, diligence, and the ability to drive and motivate technical processes
• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to build, develop, and grow new business initiatives
• Fortinet NSE certifications - a significant advantage
