**About the Role:
**DealHub is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team as a maternity leave replacement. This role requires hands-on experience with reconciliations, vendor management, and financial systems within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Handle credit card reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Manage vendor accounts, including invoice processing and payment execution.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Strong background in bank reconciliations, credit cards, and vendor management.
- Previous experience in a SaaS company – a must.
- Hands-on experience working with Priority ERP – a must.
- Experience with Mesh credit card system – a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
