As our business continues to expand at an incredible pace, we're seeking a talented PPC/User Acquisition expert to join our team. If you're an English speaker driven by the challenge of testing, optimizing, and successfully acquiring users for a product that genuinely makes people feel good and fulfilled, this is an exciting opportunity.

**Role Overview:

**As the PPC Manager at Spines, you will be a key player in driving our user acquisition strategy across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other RTB platforms. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and analysis. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your impact directly contributes to the company's rapid growth and success.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a still early-stage company with significant growth potential and a real chance to shape the future of Spines' digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for crafting campaigns that maximize user acquisition and brand visibility, ensuring our cutting-edge platform reaches a global audience of aspiring authors and readers.

**Key Responsibilities

**Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and growth.

Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) targets.

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance through data analytics tools, providing actionable insights and adjustments for optimization.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels, driving higher performance and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and branding.

Technology Utilization: Leverage automation and data-driven tools to streamline processes and scale campaigns efficiently.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, translating performance metrics into actionable strategies.

Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry changes, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager, User Acquisition Manager, or similar role, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a strong track record of optimizing for ROI
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad and data platforms
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and keyword research
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and passionate about growth marketing and data-driven strategies
