Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Shopify)

About Us: Marmor House is a premium lifestyle brand dedicated to upgrading the sleep experience. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a hands-on, data-driven E-commerce Specialist to take full ownership of our online store’s technical performance, marketing channels, and growth engines.

The Role: You will be responsible for building and optimizing our Shopify store, overseeing performance marketing channels, cracking SEO rankings, and driving retention through smart automations. If you speak data, dream about Shopify, and know how to turn traffic into revenue - we want you.

What You’ll Do:

• Shopify & Site Management: End-to-end management of our Shopify store: building landing pages, editing themes, and implementing apps.
• Technical Optimization: Constantly monitor and improve site speed (Google PageSpeed Insights) and Core Web Vitals to ensure a seamless UX.
• Manage product uploads, merchandising, pricing strategies, and on-site promotions.

Performance Marketing & SEO:

• Performance Analysis: Monitor Google Ads & Meta performance, analyze ROI/ROAS deeply, and provide data-driven insights to optimize all.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Analyze Google Search Console (GSC), fix crawling errors, implement on-page SEO, and drive organic traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market.

Retention & Automation (CRM):

• Manage our Email Marketing strategy using Flashy.
• Build complex automation flows (Welcome series, Abandoned Cart, etc.) and segment audiences.

Data & Analytics:

*Analyze traffic, sales, and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Translate numbers into actions: Identify drop-off points in the funnel and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics.

*Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate) and present insights to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce management.
• Shopify Expert: Deep knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, apps, and theme customization (must)
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights, technical SEO, and HTML/CSS basics.
• Performance Monitor: Experience analyzing Google Ads campaign data to achieve ROI targets.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics (GA4).
• CRM Master: Hands-on experience with Email Marketing platforms (Experience with Flashy - advantage).
