Ness is seeking a Cloud System Administrator for an exciting role in a leading organization.

The position includes managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services in a GCP environment, including system operations, logging, and information security. Ongoing collaboration with technological teams for the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced cloud solutions.

Full-time position in Jerusalem.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cloud System Administrator – mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with ongoing maintenance of systems in GCP – mandatory.

• Experience with IaaS configuration in GCP – an advantage.

• Familiarity with backup, replication, and migration between environments of NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch – an advantage.

• Experience working with a government landing zone – an advantage.

• Experience with Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring – an advantage.

• Ability to create and manage Log Sinks, Log Filters, and Logging Exports (e.g., to BigQuery or Pub/Sub) – an advantage.

• Knowledge of GCP IAM, service account management, and least privilege access principles – an advantage.

• Hands-on experience managing GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) clusters, including Node Pools, Cluster Autoscaler, and storage management (Persistent Volumes) – an advantage.

• Experience managing Cloud Storage, including lifecycle configurations and storage tier management – an advantage.
