Our client, a fast-growing B2B provider in iGaming, is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join their expanding team.

Think part systems architect, part product thinker, part behavior designer, part solutions engineer to bring AI agents to life.

Agent Engineers are hands-on builders who design, deploy, and continuously refine AI agents that perform real tasks in production. These agents interface with live player data, make decisions, and operate in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments. It’s a deeply cross-functional role — sitting at the intersection of product, infra, and LLM behavior design.

As an Agent Engineer, you’ll own the entire lifecycle of agent development:

● Discovery & Scoping: Work with customers to dissect complex workflows and identify high-leverage automation opportunities

● Rapid Prototyping: Spin up working agents using our internal tooling, LLM APIs, memory graphs, and third-party integrations

● Behavior Design: Engineer prompt flows, fail-safes, and dynamic instructions that handle nuance, emotion, and risk

● Product Owner: Collaborate with the product team to design internal and customer facing product features that enhance the reliability and use of the agents.

● Live Deployment: Stress-test and optimize agents in real-world environments watching how they behave in production and iterating fast

● Ongoing Reliability: Primary point of contact for customer success managers and clients for consultation, improvements, and prompt “Mistakes”.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, customer success, and platform teams to make sure agents are aligned with both brand tone and business goals

You’ll move between big-picture reasoning and low-level debugging — and ship agents that actually do the job.

Requirements:

There’s no single background that defines a great Agent Engineer. But the strongest folks on our team tend to have:

● Technical depth with a user-obsessed mindset You write production-quality code — but your real focus is solving problems that matter. You care deeply about edge cases, reliability, and what happens when things go wrong.

● Comfort with ambiguity You don’t wait for a perfect spec. One week you're building a retention agent, the next it’s dispute resolution. You like rolling up your sleeves, experimenting, and learning in motion.

● Clear communication & collaboration You enjoy talking directly to customers, syncing with stakeholders, and translating messy real-world needs into clean, testable systems. You don’t just build — you align and deliver.

● A builder’s instinct You care about what gets used. You want tight feedback loops, quick iteration, and real impact. You take pride in owning the outcome — not just the task.
