Responsibilities:

– Establish and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing, CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, reference checks, etc.

– Sourcing & headhunting passive candidates via social media.

– Working closely with hiring managers to initiate recruitment processes, as well as defining recruitment needs and position profiles.

Must have:

5+ years of recruiting experience

3+ years of experience as a recruiter for mobile development roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hebrew

Experience with sourcing and building pipelines

Experience with in-depth behavioral interviews.
