Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist | Enterprise IT Environment

We are hiring an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist for a key role within a large-scale, enterprise IT environment.

This position is intended for professionals with proven hands-on experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-demand support setting.

📌 This role requires shift availability- 4 morning shifts, one evening shift (per week!!) and is suitable for candidates with substantial enterprise IT experience

• s:Operate a Level 1–2 Helpdesk support role, providing phone-based technical support to end use
• rsIdentify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, or escalate to relevant technical teams when requir
• edProvide support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, browsers, iOS, AVD/VDI environmen
• tsSupport enterprise and cloud-based solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, MFA, Control
• UpGuide and train users on the effective use of hardware and softwa
• reParticipate in ongoing information security operational process
• esProvide technical support for laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, zero clients, printers, scanners, IP telephony, Teams rooms, and display syste
