We are a well funded, early stage mobile gaming startup, led by seasoned industry executives, and we are looking for a 3D Artist to join our team and own both the conceptual and 3D visual creation of an ambitious new mobile game.

We are post funding and building a small, highly focused team around a core mobile gaming product.

About the role:

• Own the visual development of the game from early concepts to in-game 3D assets
• Create high quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and visual direction
• Translate approved concepts into optimized 3D assets ready for mobile production
• Work closely with game design, product, and development teams
• Iterate on visuals based on gameplay needs, technical constraints, and feedback
• Help define and maintain a consistent visual language across the game
• Take part in early creative decisions that shape the look and feel of the product

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist in mobile gaming companies (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both concept art and 3D execution
• Experience with stylized or mobile friendly art styles
• Solid understanding of mobile performance constraints and asset optimization
• Proficiency with tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance, and Photoshop
• Ability to take full ownership in a fast moving startup environment
• Strong artistic vision and passion for mobile games
