We are looking for a Senior / Lead UX/UI Product Designer for a highly impactful, autonomous role with broad influence on the product and the company.

About the Role

• Lead the product’s UX/UI end-to-end — research, definition, design, and implementation
• Design user experiences for a data-rich B2B platform (trends, correlations, and insights)
• Drive and execute hands-on, high-quality UI design
• Build a unified design language and Design System from scratch
• Work with multiple personas: Security, Product, Fraud, Data, and Executive stakeholders
• Translate complex data into a clear, visual, and actionable story
• Identify inconsistencies and improve areas built over time as tactical or patch solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success
• Take full ownership from concept to production
• Design within a regulated, security-focused environment
• Balance deep user research with strong UX thinking and precise UI execution

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer in B2B products
• Proven experience designing complex, high-quality UI for product systems
• Full proficiency in Figma (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Libraries)
• Experience working with data-heavy systems and dashboards
• Familiarity with cybersecurity / information security / financial domains — must-have
• Experience working with multiple enterprise personas
• Ability to lead independently and work hands-on in decision-making
• Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions
• Basic understanding of web technologies, page structures, and networking concepts
• Close collaboration experience with development teams
• Strong system thinking, professional maturity, and ability to deliver under pressure and fast-paced environments

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience as a sole or first designer in a company
• Experience in data-heavy startups with flat organizational structures
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or fraud/risk products
• Background in cybersecurity or large-scale data companies (e.g., Wiz, IBM, Transmit, Trusteer, etc.)
• Ownership of a full product area serving multiple personas
