As we scale our product deployments globally, we seek a dynamic Project Manager to ensure programs stay on schedule, within scope and budget, while coordinating across hardware, software, integration, test and field deployment teams.

**Role Summary

**The Project Manager will lead key autonomy-integration projects from definition through deployment and sustainment. You will act as the central point of coordination between engineering, operations, integration, field teams, customers and internal stakeholders. Your mission: deliver complex autonomy-kit integrations on land/sea/air platforms with excellence, meeting schedule, quality and mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks) for autonomy-integration programs.
• Coordinate across multi-discipline teams: perception, navigation, control software, rugged hardware, vehicle integration, test & evaluation, field deployment.
• Track progress and status, escalate issues, manage dependencies, ensure timely corrective action when needed.
• Identify, document and proactively manage project risks, including technical, schedule, supplier, regulatory, field-environment factors.
• Facilitate regular status reviews, stakeholder communications (internal leadership, OEM partners, defense integrators, customers).
• Drive operationalisation: handover to field-deployment teams, support commissioning, ensure lessons-learned are captured and fed back into process.
• Monitor budget, resource utilisation and vendor/supplier performance.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in complex systems-integration environments (defense, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, automotive) with multi-discipline teams.
• Demonstrated success managing hardware-software integration projects, ideally rugged / field-deployed systems.
• Strong familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle, hardware integration, software development processes, testing/validation phases.
• Excellent project-planning, scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and resource-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities—results-oriented, self-starter, highly organised.
