We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Manufacturing team in Herzliya.

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the support of the brand's worldwide communications with distributors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a high level of proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, maintaining ongoing communication and coordination.
• Collect, review, and analyze reports from distributors related to product performance and operational issues.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional processes involving distributors and internal departments.
• Support new product initiatives by engaging with customers and pilot users, gathering feedback, and identifying issues and opportunities.
• Process and consolidate information related to new product projects and transfer insights to relevant teams.
• Support spare parts management by defining spare parts needs per product based on reported issues.
• Consolidate and structure data for internal reporting and management presentations.

Requirements

• Experience working with distributors, customers, or external partners in an operational, technical, or commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, both with external partners and internal teams.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple processes in parallel.
• High Level English (written and verbal).
