Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and help manage, optimize, and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to begin a career in AdTech and gain hands-on experience with real programmatic systems and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple demand and supply platforms
• Ensure proper ad delivery, pacing, and performance tracking
• Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues (tags, macros, URLs, etc.)
• Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to ensure accurate campaign execution
• Maintain reports and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or a related field (internships or academic projects are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and data handling
• Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (CPM, CTR, VAST, SSP/DSP, etc.) – advantage but not required
• Eager to learn and grow in a technical, fast-paced AdTech environment
