Role overview:

The position is the second Data Scientist hire, joining a newly formed team and working directly with the CTO and CEO (both with extensive Data Science backgrounds) and business partners. This is a unique opportunity to build the product from scratch, shape its direction, and develop innovative models to automate manual workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and experiment with LLM and GenAI models.
• Conduct Applied Research on complex problems.
• Code in Python and work with RAG, Agents, Prompt Engineering, Transformers, Fine-tuning, and Pre-trained models.
• Perform Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and large-scale model development.
• Define and analyze problems, contributing directly to the core product development.

Requirements:

• Excellence indicators (e.g., top achievements, awards, notable projects).
• 7 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Algorithm Engineering, Computer Vision, or as an Applied Scientist/Researcher.
• Degree in a quantitative field from a leading university, with honors.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
