StreaMix is seeking a hands-onCreative & Graphic Design Manager to take ownership of our brand, marketing execution, and product design across the Streamix platform and our family of CTV apps.

This is a hybrid role combining visual design, brand leadership, marketing execution, and light product design/UI work, alongside user acquisition and basic lifecycle/email marketing.

We are looking for someone who is both creative and execution-driven, who can turn ideas into polished outputs and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative

• Lead and maintain the company’s visual branding across all platforms and products.
• Design and create marketing assets for digital channels (social, website, presentations, campaigns, ads).
• Develop visual concepts and creative materials for product launches, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with external designers, branding agencies, illustrators, and PR vendors when needed.

Product Design (Streamix App & Additional CTV Apps)

• Support UI/UX and visual design tasks for the Streamix CTV app and related apps (e.g., in-app graphics, screens, thumbnails, rail assets, feature promotions).
• Work with product and engineering teams to translate messaging and product requirements into clear visual components.
• Ensure visual alignment between marketing materials and the in-app experience.

Marketing Execution

• Own and manage day-to-day marketing operations with a strong focus on LinkedIn and social content publishing.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, updates, announcements, and brand campaigns.
• Develop campaign materials, landing pages, and support documents for partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Execute basic email marketing (newsletters, announcements, onboarding flows).

User Acquisition & Growth

• Support user acquisition activities across app stores and CTV platforms (creative assets, promotional materials, A/B testing).
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategies to drive installs, engagement, and retention.
• Create marketing visuals and messaging for app-store listings, promotional units, and paid/organic acquisition channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a hybrid marketing/creative role.
• Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for branding, layout, and consistency.
• Hands-on experience creating digital assets for social media, campaigns, and product environments.
• Experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver high-quality outputs end-to-end.
• Familiarity with tech, media, CTV/OTT, gaming, or digital advertising – a significant advantage
• Basic understanding of user acquisition, app marketing, or the CTV ecosystem – a plus.
