We’re looking for a highly strategic and innovative Paid Social Team Lead to join our team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be analytical, technically strong, and creatively minded, with a deep passion for the digital advertising ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing media budgets across one of the company’s most strategic markets, requiring a strong understanding of the full digital landscape, as well as excellent technical and creative expertise.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, conversion, and creative teams to drive efficiency and growth, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our monthly performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the media strategy across paid social channels including Meta, Snapchat, X, Tik Tok and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of senior campaign managers.
  • Define and scale content strategy, working with Creative to deliver scroll-stopping, high-converting content tailored to each platform and audience segment.
  • Oversee daily channel operations, from publishing and moderation to media buying and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand and Data teams to ensure cohesion and amplification across channels.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation, testing new formats, features, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for scaling campaigns, translating insights and previous performance into effective media plans.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing global campaigns on Meta and at least 2+ years in a senior or leadership role overseeing paid strategies.
  • Experience managing other paid channels, such as Google, SEO, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range (USD) is required.
  • Deep expertise in platform algorithms, social-first content formats, and optimization.
  • Strong performance marketing acumen, including experience with ROAS-driven paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in the iGaming, entertainment, or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in social analytics and reporting tools such as G4 and AppsFlyer.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing web and app funnels to drive conversions and enhance conversion.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages being a strong advantage.
